About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and proactive Information Security Manager to lead their security initiatives in Coventry . This senior leadership role is responsible for the overall security posture of the organization, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets. You will develop and execute comprehensive security strategies, manage a team of security professionals, and act as the primary point of contact for all information security matters. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall information security strategy and roadmap.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the information security team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in information security , with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing enterprise-level security programs.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or PMP are required.
