Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce information security policies, standards, and procedures across the organization.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify security vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.
• Manage and oversee security awareness training programs for all employees.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all information security matters and regulatory compliance inquiries.
• Investigate and respond to security breaches and incidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor the effectiveness of security controls and recommend improvements based on industry trends and risk assessments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Information Security Officer or in a similar senior security management role.
• Strong knowledge of information security principles, frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST), and best practices.
• Experience in conducting security risk assessments, audits, and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly advantageous.
