About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Insurance Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements within their organisation in Oxford . This role is essential for maintaining the company's integrity and reputation by monitoring regulatory changes, developing and implementing compliance policies, and conducting internal audits. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor changes in insurance legislation and regulatory requirements, assessing their impact on the business.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures.

- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance-related matters.
- Investigate and report on any suspected breaches of compliance or regulatory standards.

Requirements
