About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and knowledgeable Insurance Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and internal policies within their Sheffield office. This role is vital for maintaining the company's integrity and reputation in the highly regulated insurance market. You will monitor compliance activities, conduct audits, and provide guidance to staff on regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret relevant insurance regulations, laws, and industry best practices.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a compliance, legal, or audit role within the insurance industry.
• In-depth knowledge of UK insurance regulations (e.g., FCA, PRA requirements).
