Key Responsibilities
- Process new insurance policy applications, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify policy details and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures.
- Maintain and update policyholder records in the administrative system, ensuring data integrity.
- Respond to client and internal inquiries regarding policy status, coverage, and administrative procedures.
- Assist with the preparation of policy documents, renewal notices, and other correspondence.
- Liaise with the underwriting and claims departments to resolve administrative issues and facilitate smooth operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
