Key Responsibilities
- Administer insurance policies, including data entry, processing new business, endorsements, and renewals.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of policyholder data within the company's systems.
- Handle policy inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information.
- Assist with the preparation of policy documents and renewal notices.
- Process premium payments and manage financial transactions related to policies.
- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements governing insurance administration.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using administrative software and databases.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
