About the Role

You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, investigating discrepancies, implementing process improvements, and ensuring that inventory records precisely reflect physical stock. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the company's inventory management system.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement procedures to enhance inventory accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
• Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Generate regular reports on inventory levels, turnover, and accuracy for management review.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory control, stock management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
