Our client is looking for an eager IT Support Apprentice to join their busy IT department in Leeds . This apprenticeship is an excellent starting point for anyone interested in IT infrastructure, hardware, and software troubleshooting. You will provide essential technical support to staff, helping to maintain the smooth operation of our client's IT systems. This hybrid role offers valuable on-the-job training and the chance to develop practical IT skills, working closely with the IT team both in the office and remotely as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets from end-users.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems.
• Provide technical assistance for desktop, laptop, and peripheral devices.
• Assist in managing user accounts and access permissions.
• Document IT procedures and solutions for knowledge base contribution.
