About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a bright and ambitious Junior Corporate Solicitor to join their legal team remotely. This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity for a newly qualified or recently qualified solicitor looking to build a strong foundation in corporate law. You will gain exposure to a wide range of transactional and advisory work, supporting senior lawyers on complex deals. Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior solicitors in drafting and reviewing corporate documents, including agreements and board minutes.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memos on various corporate law matters.
• Support the due diligence process for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
• Help manage client communications and administrative tasks related to corporate filings.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development in corporate law.

Requirements

• Newly qualified or up to 3 years' PQE as a solicitor in England and Wales.
• A strong academic record and a keen interest in corporate and commercial law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research methodologies and software.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
