Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the scheduling and posting of content across various social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
• Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Support the creation of engaging social media assets, including graphics, short videos, and copy, under the guidance of the senior team.
• Help track and report on key social media metrics, such as engagement rates, follower growth, and website traffic from social channels.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure social media activities align with overall campaign objectives.

Requirements

• A degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms and their functionalities.
• Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to learn about digital marketing and e-commerce.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
