Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 3D animators, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Define and uphold the animation style and quality standards for all projects.
• Oversee the animation pipeline, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Review animation work, providing constructive feedback and technical guidance.
• Work closely with art directors and technical directors to achieve desired artistic and technical outcomes.
• Animate key sequences and complex characters as needed to maintain project momentum.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a 3D Animator in the games or film industry, with a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership and artistic skill.
• Expertise in industry-standard animation software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender.
• Proven experience leading and managing an animation team.
• Deep understanding of animation principles, rigging, character performance, and cinematic storytelling.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
