About the Role

Our client, a luxury clinic in Edinburgh , is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Lead Aesthetician to join their dedicated team. You will be responsible for delivering a range of advanced non-invasive treatments, managing client relationships, and potentially supervising junior aesthetician staff. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive suite of advanced aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, micro-needling, and laser therapies.
• Conduct in-depth skin analysis and client consultations to create personalized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and pre- and post-treatment care.
• Maintain meticulous records of client treatments, progress, and outcomes.
• Ensure all equipment is operated safely and maintained to the highest standards.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements, technologies, and trends in the aesthetics industry.
• Potentially oversee and mentor junior members of the aesthetic team, ensuring consistent service quality.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy (NVQ Level 3/4 or equivalent), or a related field.
• Significant experience (5+ years) as an Aesthetician, with demonstrable expertise in advanced treatments.
• Proficiency with various aesthetic devices and technologies (e.g., lasers, IPL, microdermabrasion machines).
• Excellent understanding of dermatological principles and skincare science.
• Strong communication, sales, and client relationship management skills.
