Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from conceptualization to detailed design development for major architectural projects.
- Manage and mentor a team of architects and technologists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Engage directly with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to articulate design vision and secure project approvals.
- Oversee the production of all necessary drawings, specifications, and contract documentation.
- Stay abreast of emerging architectural trends, materials, and technologies, integrating them into design strategies.
Requirements
- A qualified architect with extensive experience (typically 7+ years) in leading significant architectural projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in architectural design , urban planning, and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency with industry-standard software, including Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong leadership, project management, and client-facing communication skills.
- Experience in a hybrid work model , balancing office-based and remote responsibilities effectively.
