Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct the architectural design process for key projects, ensuring adherence to conceptual vision and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor project teams, providing technical guidance and strategic direction throughout all project phases.
- Develop strong client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring successful project delivery on time and within budget.
- Represent the practice in client meetings, public consultations, and design review panels.
- Drive innovation in design solutions, sustainability, and the application of new technologies.
- Manage the preparation of all necessary documentation for planning submissions and building control approvals.
Requirements
- Full UK architectural qualification (RIBA or equivalent) and professional accreditation.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in leading significant architectural projects, with a proven track record of successful delivery.
- Expertise in Revit and other BIM software, demonstrating advanced modelling and documentation skills.
- Strong understanding of construction technology, materials, and UK planning and building regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Demonstrable experience in business development and winning new commissions.
