Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic design leadership and direction for major architectural projects.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Architect with extensive experience and a recognized professional qualification (e.g., RIBA).
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering large-scale architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Expertise in architectural design software, including advanced knowledge of BIM platforms and visualization tools.
• In-depth understanding of UK planning legislation, building regulations, and construction best practices.
