Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic design leadership and direction for major architectural projects.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept development and client engagement to construction documentation and site supervision.
- Ensure all projects meet stringent quality, sustainability, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all architectural matters on assigned projects, representing the firm with professionalism and expertise.
Requirements
- Fully qualified Architect with extensive experience and a recognized professional qualification (e.g., RIBA).
- Demonstrated success in leading and delivering large-scale architectural projects from inception to completion.
- Expertise in architectural design software, including advanced knowledge of BIM platforms and visualization tools.
- In-depth understanding of UK planning legislation, building regulations, and construction best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills.
