Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of backend services and APIs using technologies like Java or C# .
• Mentor and guide a team of backend engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.

• Collaborate with product managers and frontend developers to define and implement new features.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in backend development , with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience with object-oriented programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java Spring Boot, .NET Core ).
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous messaging systems.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers.
