About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads.
• Conduct in-depth variance analysis, identifying key drivers of financial performance and recommending corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and long-term financial planning.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key trends and insights.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in financial analysis and reporting.
• Provide financial guidance and support to operational teams to ensure effective resource allocation and cost management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial databases, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools and business intelligence platforms is advantageous.
