Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of enterprise blockchain solutions using platforms like Hyperledger Fabric or R3 Corda.

• Guide and mentor a team of blockchain developers, fostering technical excellence and best practices.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle, from proof-of-concept to production deployment in remote environments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 4 years focused on blockchain technology , preferably enterprise-focused.
• Strong experience architecting and developing solutions on platforms such as Hyperledger Fabric , R3 Corda, or similar enterprise DLTs.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Go, Java, Node.js) and smart contract development.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, cryptography, and consensus algorithms.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing technical teams in a remote setting.
