Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable and secure blockchain solutions and protocols.
Mentor and manage a team of blockchain developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to deployment and maintenance of blockchain applications.
Define technical roadmaps, set development standards, and ensure adherence to best practices in cryptography and distributed systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver innovative solutions that align with business objectives.

Requirements

Extensive experience (7+ years) in software engineering with a significant focus on blockchain development .
Demonstrated expertise in leading development teams and architecting complex blockchain systems.
Strong proficiency in programming languages relevant to blockchain development (e.g., Go, Rust, C++, Python).
In-depth knowledge of various blockchain platforms, consensus algorithms, and tokenomics.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
