Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of scalable and secure blockchain solutions.
Manage and mentor a team of blockchain developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Oversee the development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance.
Ensure the implementation of best practices in security, performance, and code quality for all blockchain projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and technical strategies.
Evaluate and integrate new blockchain technologies and protocols to enhance platform capabilities.

Requirements

Extensive experience in blockchain engineering and distributed systems.
Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
Expertise in smart contract development and audit processes.
Strong understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and network protocols.
Proficiency in programming languages relevant to blockchain development (e.g., Go, Rust, C++).
