Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for petrochemical process design and engineering.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of petrochemical projects, from conceptualization to commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards (e.g., COMAH), and environmental best practices.
• Manage and mentor a team of chemical engineers and technical specialists, fostering a culture of high performance.
• Develop and implement advanced process control strategies to optimize plant efficiency and output.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in the petrochemical industry , with a strong track record in process engineering and project leadership.
• Expertise in refinery processes, cracking technologies, and hydrocarbon processing.
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing large-scale capital projects.
• In-depth knowledge of process safety, risk assessment, and environmental management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills, essential for working remotely and coordinating complex international projects.
