About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Lead Chemist with a strong background in Organic Synthesis to spearhead their research initiatives in Coventry . Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Expertise in reaction mechanism, stereochemistry, and modern synthetic methodologies.
• Proficiency in spectroscopic techniques (NMR, MS, IR) for compound characterization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, essential for laboratory work in Coventry .
