Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the civil design team, assigning tasks and overseeing the quality of design outputs.

• Perform complex calculations for drainage, earthworks, roads, and utilities, ensuring constructability and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Significant experience (8+ years) in civil design engineering, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and drainage design packages.
• In-depth knowledge of UK planning regulations, building standards, and environmental considerations.
