Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of secure and scalable DeFi protocols and smart contracts.
• Architect robust financial primitives, including lending/borrowing platforms, decentralized exchanges (DEXs), and yield farming protocols.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of all DeFi products through rigorous testing, auditing, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and other engineers to define product roadmaps and technical strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation within the team.
• Stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends and technologies in the DeFi and blockchain space.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in software development, with a strong specialization in blockchain technology and DeFi development.
• Deep expertise in smart contract programming (e.g., Solidity) and experience with major EVM-compatible blockchains.
• Proven track record of architecting and launching successful DeFi protocols or products.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, game theory, and economic principles relevant to DeFi.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
