About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and document core game mechanics, player progression systems, and economic models.
• Lead a team of game designers, providing direction, feedback, and mentorship.

• Prototype and iterate on gameplay ideas, utilizing data and player feedback for refinement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in game design, with a significant focus on systems and mechanics design.
• Proven track record of designing successful, engaging gameplay systems for shipped titles.
• Strong understanding of game design principles, player psychology, and monetization strategies.
• Experience with scripting languages or visual scripting tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting and presenting designs.
