Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of game programmers , fostering a collaborative and productive remote working environment.
- Design, implement, and optimize core game systems, engine features, and gameplay mechanics.
- Oversee code quality, performance, and adherence to technical best practices across the programming team.
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and producers to translate creative vision into functional gameplay.

Requirements
- Proven experience in game programming , with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong proficiency in C++ and experience with game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity.
- Deep understanding of game architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills for remote collaboration.
