You will be responsible for guiding the narrative vision, ensuring consistency and quality throughout the development cycle. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the overarching narrative structure, plot, and thematic elements of games.
• Write engaging and impactful dialogue, character backstories, and in-game text.
• Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and directors to ensure narrative integration.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior writers and narrative designers.
• Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and lore across all narrative content.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Game Writer , with at least one shipped AAA title in a lead or senior role.
• Demonstrable skill in crafting complex plots, character development, and compelling dialogue.
• Experience with scripting languages and game engines is advantageous.
• Exceptional understanding of storytelling principles and narrative design techniques.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
