About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of production-ready machine learning models and pipelines.
• Mentor and manage a team of machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define ML project requirements and roadmaps.
• Oversee the selection and implementation of appropriate ML tools, frameworks, and infrastructure.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of deployed ML solutions in a cloud environment .
• Drive best practices in MLOps, including CI/CD, monitoring, and automated model retraining.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
• Proficiency in Python and core ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and their ML services.
• Proven ability to build and deploy ML models in production using MLOps principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
