Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of machine learning models and pipelines for diverse applications.
- Manage and mentor a team of ML engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Oversee the deployment of ML models into production environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define project requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
