Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end machine learning pipelines and systems.

- Define and implement best practices for MLOps, including model training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business needs into scalable machine learning solutions.
- Architect robust, high-performance ML systems capable of handling large datasets and real-time inference demands.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a specialization in machine learning, including 2+ years in a lead or management role.
- Deep expertise in developing and deploying ML models using Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems architecture.
