Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.

• Conduct advanced engineering analysis, including FEA and CFD, to ensure designs meet performance and reliability requirements.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in advanced CAD/CAE software suites (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL, Siemens NX).
• Deep understanding of mechanical design principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
