Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of mechanical engineers.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of mechanical design projects, from concept to completion.
Conduct advanced engineering analysis , including FEA and CFD, to optimize designs.
Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation , including drawings and specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
Drive innovation and implement best practices in mechanical engineering processes.

Requirements

Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and engineering leadership.
Expertise in CAD/CAE software and simulation techniques.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and product development methodologies.
Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
