Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex mechanical systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications and performance targets.
- Oversee the work of a team of mechanical engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Conduct advanced engineering analysis and simulations (e.g., CFD, thermal analysis) to optimize designs and predict performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineering, software development, and project management, to ensure integrated solutions.
- Develop and maintain design documentation, standards, and best practices for the mechanical engineering department.
- Address and resolve complex technical challenges encountered during the design, development, and testing phases.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in mechanical design and development, with a significant portion in a lead or senior capacity.
- Expertise in CAD/CAE software and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects.
- Deep understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, material science, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
