Key Responsibilities

• Compose original, high-caliber musical scores tailored to the specific needs of various entertainment projects.
• Lead and mentor a global team of freelance and in-house composers, providing creative direction and feedback.
• Collaborate closely with game designers, directors, and audio leads to ensure music aligns with project goals and narrative.
• Develop and implement adaptive music systems that respond dynamically to gameplay or narrative progression.
• Manage music production timelines, budgets, and asset delivery, ensuring punctual and high-quality output.
• Oversee the recording, mixing, and mastering processes for all musical scores.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience as a Music Composer , with a significant portion in interactive media or film.
• Proven ability to lead and manage creative teams, ideally in a remote context.
• Expertise in composing across various musical genres and emotional palettes.
• Proficiency with professional Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) and music notation software.
• Strong understanding of game audio implementation, including adaptive music techniques.
