Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee the creation of high-quality 3D character and environment animation .
- Develop and implement animation pipelines, tools, and best practices for remote teams.

- Provide clear feedback and guidance to junior and senior animators, fostering their professional growth.
- Ensure animation aligns with the overall artistic vision and technical requirements of the project.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a 3D Animator , with a significant portion in a lead or senior capacity.
- Expertise in industry-standard animation software (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max).
- Strong understanding of animation principles, rigging, and character performance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor an animation team effectively in a remote setting .
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse and high-quality animation work is essential.
