As the Lead Technician, you will be responsible for performing intricate nail art, managing a demanding client schedule, and potentially overseeing junior technicians, ensuring the studio maintains its reputation for cutting-edge designs and impeccable service. Key Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of advanced nail services, including manicures, pedicures, extensions, gel polish, and intricate hand-painted nail art.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired aesthetic, offering expert advice and creating custom designs.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, experimenting with new techniques, materials, and artistic styles.
- Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, sterilization, and salon presentation.
- Potentially guide and mentor junior nail technicians, sharing expertise in techniques and artistic application.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent certification in Nail Services.
- A minimum of 5 years' professional experience as a Nail Technician, with a significant focus on nail art and design.
- An outstanding portfolio showcasing a diverse range of advanced nail art techniques and styles.
- Proficiency with various nail enhancement products and tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate client ideas into stunning nail creations in Cambridge .
