Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and lead comprehensive penetration testing engagements, including network, web application, and social engineering assessments.
- Develop detailed reports outlining identified vulnerabilities, their potential impact, and practical remediation recommendations.
- Manage and mentor a team of penetration testers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and exploitation techniques to maintain cutting-edge testing methodologies.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure security recommendations are implemented effectively.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts and tools to automate security testing processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in penetration testing and offensive security.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting various types of penetration tests and vulnerability assessments.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for tool development.
- Experience with common penetration testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap).
- Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and web application security.
- Relevant certifications such as OSCP, GPEN, or CEH are essential.
