This role involves leading a team of specialist recruiters, managing key client accounts, and spearheading business development within the engineering sector. You will be instrumental in attracting and placing top engineering talent, from graduate to senior management levels. Operating on a hybrid model, this position offers a blend of remote flexibility and essential in-office collaboration within our Bristol hub, ensuring strong team cohesion and access to resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineering recruitment specialists.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand the client base in the engineering sector .
• Manage key client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Oversee the recruitment process for diverse engineering roles, including mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract niche engineering talent.
• Analyze market trends and provide strategic advice to clients on engineering workforce planning.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a substantial focus on engineering recruitment .
• Proven leadership or team management experience is essential.
• Demonstrated success in business development and key account management within the engineering field.
• Strong understanding of various engineering disciplines and the UK market landscape.
