Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to acquire new healthcare clients.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of healthcare recruitment consultants.
- Oversee candidate sourcing, engagement, and retention strategies within the healthcare sector.
- Provide expert market analysis and consultative services to healthcare organisations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare recruitment regulations and best practices.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in recruitment, with a substantial leadership role in healthcare recruitment .
- Proven success in business development and client relationship management within the healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching abilities.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, its challenges, and talent demands.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills for a remote leadership role.
