In this senior role, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth, mentoring a team of consultants, and managing key client accounts within the industrial sector. This is a leadership opportunity for a results-oriented professional who can combine strategic vision with hands-on recruitment expertise. You will leverage your extensive experience to build out the industrial offering, working remotely to connect top talent with leading manufacturing and logistics firms across the region and beyond, contributing significantly to the consultancy's overall success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic growth plan for the Industrial recruitment division.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruitment consultants to achieve individual and team targets.
- Manage and expand a portfolio of key industrial clients, fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process for high-volume and specialist industrial roles.
- Drive business development initiatives to secure new client wins and expand market reach.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats within the industrial sector.
Requirements
- Significant proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a substantial track record in the Industrial sector.
- Demonstrated leadership or team management experience.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the industrial and manufacturing job markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage a remote team and client portfolio.
