Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet client and business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment consultants, fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a senior or Lead Recruitment Consultant role.
• Demonstrated success in team leadership, business development, and client management.
• In-depth knowledge of various recruitment methodologies and talent sourcing techniques.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a remote-first work environment and manage a distributed team effectively.
