About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex and high-value smart contracts using languages like Solidity .

• Mentor and guide a team of smart contract engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Implement robust testing strategies, including unit, integration, and security testing, for all smart contract code.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on blockchain technology and smart contract development.
• Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
• Expertise in writing secure, efficient, and audited Solidity code for production environments.
• Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including EVM, gas optimization, and various token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, etc.).
• Experience with smart contract development frameworks (e.g., Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle) and testing methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of common smart contract vulnerabilities and mitigation techniques.
