About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present comprehensive telecom solutions architectures tailored to specific client needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process, including solution design and proposals.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to recommend strategic enhancements and new capabilities for the network infrastructure.
- Create detailed technical designs, including network diagrams, equipment specifications, and integration strategies.
- Ensure solutions adhere to security standards, regulatory compliance, and performance benchmarks.
- Lead technical discussions and provide mentorship to engineering teams during the implementation phase of new solutions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in telecommunications, with a strong focus on solution architecture and design.
- Deep understanding of various telecom technologies, including 5G, LTE, VoIP, SD-WAN, and cloud-based network functions.
- Proven ability to design complex, resilient, and scalable network solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in Birmingham .
- Experience with relevant industry standards and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
