About the Role
Our client is building a world-class, fully remote security team and is looking for a highly motivated Lead Threat Intelligence Analyst to join them. In this crucial role, you will be at the forefront of identifying, analysing, and disseminating actionable threat intelligence to protect the organisation from evolving cyber threats. You will lead initiatives in threat hunting, develop intelligence requirements, and manage the intelligence lifecycle, working from anywhere in the world. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned intelligence professional to shape and drive the threat intelligence program in a flexible, remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of global threat intelligence data from various sources.
- Develop and manage strategic and tactical intelligence requirements to support defensive operations and risk management.
- Conduct proactive threat hunting exercises to identify sophisticated threats within the environment.
- Produce high-quality intelligence reports, briefings, and alerts for technical and executive audiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with external intelligence sharing communities and partners.
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a collaborative, high-performing intelligence team culture.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in threat intelligence , cybersecurity analysis, or related fields.
- Deep understanding of the current threat landscape, attacker TTPs, malware, and geopolitical factors influencing cyber threats.
- Proven ability to analyse complex datasets and develop actionable intelligence.
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms (TIPs), open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools, and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, International Relations, or a relevant discipline is preferred.
