About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall UI/UX strategy and design vision for the product suite.

• Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of designs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a significant portion in a lead or senior capacity.
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design for complex applications.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Deep understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with experience managing design teams remotely.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles and technologies.
