Lead UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and creative Lead UX/UI Designer to drive the user experience and interface design strategy for their digital products, operating on a fully remote basis. You will lead a team of designers, translating complex user needs into intuitive and engaging digital experiences. This role requires a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UX/UI design process from concept to launch, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency and usability.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into elegant design solutions.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Present design concepts and findings effectively to cross-functional teams and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual aesthetics.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma , Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design improvements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
