Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on company formation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate documents, including shareholders' agreements and articles of association.
• Manage due diligence processes for corporate transactions, identifying potential legal risks.
• Provide guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and directors' duties.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and other legal professionals.
• Support business development activities and contribute to the firm's growth strategy.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or barrister with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling mergers, acquisitions, and other significant corporate transactions.
• Strong understanding of UK company law and corporate governance principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a demanding workload and meet tight deadlines effectively.
