About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Leisure Centre Supervisor to join their team in Sunderland . This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the leisure centre, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all visitors. You will lead a small team of duty managers and reception staff, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the leisure centre, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Conduct regular facility checks, reporting and rectifying any maintenance or safety issues.
• Ensure all staff adhere to health, safety, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in a leisure centre or similar public-facing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to leisure facilities.
