About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Leisure Centre Supervisor to support the management team at a busy facility in Portsmouth . In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of service for all centre users. You will assist with programmes, resolve customer queries, and contribute to a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house operations, ensuring efficient check-in, membership management, and customer support.
• Assist in the supervision and training of leisure assistants and reception staff.
• Ensure the centre is clean, safe, and well-maintained, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Support the delivery of leisure programmes and events, assisting with setup and coordination.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer service or supervisory role, preferably within the leisure or hospitality sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
