This role is crucial in managing the rental property market, connecting landlords with suitable tenants, and ensuring a smooth and efficient letting process. You will be responsible for marketing properties, conducting viewings, referencing potential tenants, and handling the entire process from initial inquiry to move-in. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, showcasing features and benefits effectively.
• Market rental properties across various online portals and company channels.
• Register new applicants, understanding their requirements and matching them with available properties.
• Liaise with landlords to gain instructions and provide regular updates on market activity.
• Carry out thorough tenant referencing and credit checks.
• Negotiate offers and manage the process through to the signing of tenancy agreements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within estate agency or lettings.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• A keen interest in the property market and a good understanding of the lettings process.
• Organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
